MG WebDev Ltd was formerly a Belgian company. With our headquarters now moving to the UK, we have decided to register our business in the UK instead of in Belgium.

Existing Customers are affected by
If you're an existing customer, currently using our services, this section is for you to read.
The affected services for our existing customers are web support, website servers, management portal, billing services, and e-commerce services.
As of 1 January 2024, our support page and agents will be fully trained to communicate in English (UK), also keep in mind that there is an hour difference between the current (BE) and the new (UK).
As of 26 July 2024, our website servers will be fully transferred to the UK. Our current servers are located in Canada, the United States and Germany.
This shouldn't affect the speed and performance of your site.
As of 26 July 2024, our management portal, as stated in the above will be transferred to servers located in the UK, customers may experience slower speeds around 24 July until 29 July.
As of 10 February 2024, we will make some changes to our billing services. Customers located within Canada, the United States and other countries will need to pay in British Pounds (£) as we will not accept Dollars Anymore.
As of 10 March 2024, we will make some changes to our billing services. Customers located within the EU won't be able to make payments to us in Euros (€) anymore and will need to pay in British Pounds (£).
As of 1 January 2024, you will be able to request a change of currency on your e-commerce site. All sites will be transferred to British Pounds by default. Send an email to your website agent if you want to stay with the current currency.
New Customers may be affected by
If you're a new customer and recently signed up your site will not be affected by the change, as these changes will be already applied for new customers. However, you may still be affected by:

Completion of these new policies
Not all sites will be affected by these policies at the same time. For some customers, it may take longer to apply these policies than others.
Before these policies are applied, you will receive an email with all necessary information.
Once the change has been completed, you will see that on the bottom of your site there will be a Made in Britain banner, along with an eco-friendly badge.
