# Website redirects

It is possible that your website redirects to another website temporarily. This could be the case if your domain name has recently changed nameservers. \
If you haven't changed any settings, you should contact our security team as soon as possible, using the contact details listed below.

As briefly noted before, if you have recently changed nameservers, your domain might temporary redirect to another website (suspendeddomain.org, your previous site, etc.). This is normal after such major change. This should only last up to 48-hours.

If this issue is lasting longer than 48-hours, the following issues could be present:

* The domain name is still pointing to the previous servers, but isn't assigned anymore.
* The doman name is pointing to the correct server(s), but hasn't been configured yet.
* Your website or server isn't setup correctly.

If you have made changes to server assignment, please wait up to 48 hours before contacting support.

If your domain name is purchased via invoice, with us, contact <domains@mgwebdev.eu>
