This guide will help you take control immediately after handover.

Next steps

To fully complete the handover of your project, ensure the following steps have been followed.

1. Locate your handover email/package. This includes all project files and credentials, including training files.

2. Log in to the management portal. Your files and all additional content will be available here.

3. When you've received your login credentials, immediately change your password and enable two-factor-authentication (2FA).

Your files will be available in the management portal until handover has been completed.
